Position Summary:
- Provider support by scheduling visits, sending visit reports, obtaining medical records, implementing written orders and conducting screenings and in-services based on facility needs
- Regularly conduct onsite utilization reviews with key stakeholders at the communities we service
- Deliver exemplary account management by identifying needs and creating action plans
- Analyze psychotropic records to determine steps for reductions
- Collaborate with the clinical care team including: PsychNPs, Medical Directors, Psychologists, LISWs, etc.
- After hours on-call for emergency situations as assigned
